Dolly (LA Zoo)

Hatched March 24, 2011

Dolly is an ambassador bird living at the LA Zoo.  She was brought there from a wild nest in 2011 with a bad wing injury.  It was determined that the wing would never heal well enough that she could return to the wild, so she became the first condor ambassador ever at a zoo.

Her parents are sire 73 and dam 37, which means that AC4 (condor 20) is her uncle on her mom's side and condor 161 is one of her many siblings.
